These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of traayogaming.com (the "Site") operated by Traayo Gaming LLC ("Traayo," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information about Traayo's video gaming terminal (VGT) route operations, partner venues, services, and business inquiries in Illinois. The Site is for informational and business development purposes only.
Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, partnership agreement, lease, revenue guarantee, or commitment to place terminals. Any operational relationship requires separate written agreements and applicable licensing approvals.
3. Regulatory & Gaming Disclaimer
Traayo provides route-operator and related business services subject to Illinois Gaming Board (IGB) rules and other applicable law. The Site does not offer internet gambling, remote wagering, or casino play to the public.
Eligibility to host or operate gaming terminals depends on venue type, liquor licensing, municipal requirements, suitability review, and regulatory approval. Examples on the Site are illustrative only and do not guarantee approval, placement, or performance.
Revenue figures, uptime references, service descriptions, and operational examples are not promises of future results. Actual outcomes vary by location, market conditions, compliance status, and regulatory factors.
4. No Legal, Tax, or Regulatory Advice
Site content is not legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for obtaining independent professional guidance and confirming compliance with IGB requirements and local ordinances before making business decisions.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAAYO AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Traayo and its officers, members, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the Site lie in state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will indicate the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
